About Nick
Nick graduated from the University of NSW with degrees in Commerce and Law. He was admitted as a Solicitor in 1978 and then became a partner in the firm known as Bilbie & Whitford in 1979.
Nick continued working as a Partner in what became Bilbie Dan until 2015.
In July 2019 Nick moved to his current address. Nick has had extensive experience in Estate Planning matters, preparing many Wills, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship documents and dealing with Contested Estate matters in the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
Although Nick works as a sole practitioner he is able to continue with his personal approach in dealing with clients and is also able to obtain the support of a larger firm when required.
